The GD20 Jam came and went, and there where some great submissions with Michel Raston's The Galactic Realm of The Hyperspace Sea showcasing what GD20 is capable of with but minimal tweaks appropriate for setting and scope, and kiryas's Mekuton - The Iridescent City  providing a unique fantasy city/culture/setting. We at Cosmic Sorcery Society poured our hearts  into DungeonDash, a post-dungeon fantasy TTRPG where you slay for crypto (ƉungeonCoin) in the gig economy. 

What is a Post-Dungeon Fantasy? Post-Dungeon Fantasy is a term coined by Dan Phipps for High Magic Low Lifes to answer the question "What sort of Fantasy is a medieval world littered with 21st century technology, sensibilities, and concerns?" DungeonDash twists the Wild West power fantasy of "classic fantasy games" and gives it gig economies, cell phone towers, and modern day anxieties. Players take on debt-saddled Wizards, Thieves, and Fighters 

We where inspired by some great games in the creation of DungeonDash. DungeonDelvers.TV by Kegan.EXE is a Post-Dungeon Fantasy centered around dungeon delving livestreamers, the premise of the setting of DungeonDash is a direct homage to the setting of DungeonDelvers.TV.  DD.TV appears as an App in the App Store as an homage to the inspiration and to allow the games to exist in a common anti-cannon world if players so desire (DD.TV already does with High Magic Low Lives and RADCrawl, the simplicity of GD20 makes conversion a breeze!). The Crypto mechanics and Gig Economy angle were inspired by Burnout Reaper by SANRO. Burnout Reaper is a brillant (and fun) hot take on today's gig economies in the form of hyper violent cyberpunk body horror. With DungeonDash we wanted to tap into that energy, albeit with more Fridge Horror than Body Horror.  We wanted to provide a fun game that pokes fun at our modern day world. 

All that being said, due to the time constraints of the game jam we didn't get to include everything we initially planned.  Now, we're ready to polish DungeonDash into a glittering gem, and that's where you come in!
